Ordered cakes for my Dads birthday and when I tried to slice the cake I ended up with a pile of dry crumbs it just fell to pieces. Original call to Customer Service fine and I then I Sent photos to them on the 20th February . Have heard nothing since . Really disappointed with the cake and the service and would not use them again.
I was happy with the process although a little disappointed I couldn’t send my gift directly to Switzerland at this time.

I bought these Florentines for a very good friends birthday who lives is South Wales, almost 100 miles from me..... they arrived on the very day and she was delighted with them..... a brilliant way to have a present delivered at very reasonable cost,on time, well packaged and really yummy... well done Bettys ❤️❤️
At Home with Betty's, wow never thought it would be just as good being there, the Cakes were so fresh and tasted delightful ?

The delivery and billing address were swapped and there was no confirmation to check. So I am afraid the cake did not get to the poor boy with the injured foot ! Cakes were not great as totally rattled in the box - all chucked in the bin.Total waste of money.
